Jason R. Scargall, a native St. Louisan, who graduated from Lafayette High School and continued his education at Westminster College before graduating from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1993 with a Business Administration Degree in Marketing.

Jason’s 30 plus year career in the insurance industry began as the first ever employee benefits intern at Arthur J. Gallagher and CO., the nations third largest insurance brokerage firm. While experiencing life as a broker he was recruited to the group representative side for 10 years until his company was sold and he returned to the broker side with a much better understanding of how group benefits really work..

He joined Weiss Insurance in 2005 which enabled him to become a part of The Blue Chip Consortium, LLC the largest benefits agency in St. Louis and utilize their resources and also allow for cross selling with other Weiss Insurance Brokers, who specialize in Property and Casualty Insurance.

Jason has been married to his wife Michelle whom he met in college and they have a son named Mason. He has seen the market change dramatically over the last 24 years and is committed to maintaining his role as a experienced Benefits Consultant and Broker, who is willing and able to change with the ever evolving group insurance market place.
