I served in the U.S. Navy for 6 years before starting my insurance career at Safeco Insurance Company as part of their customer service unit in 1998. Safeco closed the Saint Louis unit in 2001, which is when I started working with independent agencies as a personal lines account manager and agent. I earned my Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2005. In my 26+ years working in the independent insurance industry, I have worked with numerous carriers, gaining vast insurance knowledge. This helps me keep up with ever changing coverages and appetite for business by each carrier.
